The venue
The venue
DMZ Demo Day 2023 will take place at Toronto Metropolitan University’s Mattamy Athletic Centre (the MAC) – also known as the historic Maple Leaf Gardens, the original home to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Prior to its transformation to the MAC, the iconic arena was one of the country’s foremost venues for large-scale events, hosting music legends, political leaders, and high-profile sporting events throughout the 1900s. The venue has welcomed public figures like Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Muhammad Ali, Led Zeppelin, Elton John, Elvis, and so many more. In 2007, Maple Leaf Gardens was recognized as a National Historic Site of Canada
