Sakina Mustafa

As the SkillHouse & Global Programs Assistant, Sakina supports DMZ’s global initiatives by managing the SkillHouse program and coordinating skill-building workshops and startup-focused activities. She also leads outreach efforts to build new partnerships that foster innovation and growth within the international startup ecosystem.

With a background in program coordination and marketing, Sakina is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that engage diverse audiences and foresees a future in project management or program coordination. Outside of work, she channels her creativity into her side hustle, Clouseau’s Bakery, which she uses to give back by supporting charities like Islamic Relief and Human Appeal.

A creative at heart, Sakina enjoys keeping busy with a variety of pastimes, from reading murder mysteries and exploring new matcha spots to jewellery making and other exciting projects.
