What are your hopes for the next generation of women in tech?
I want them to get paid, to take up space, and to rewrite the rules. Tech has been a boys’ club for too long. Women are already doing the hard work—they’re running teams, leading projects, and making companies successful. But they’re still fighting to get into leadership and to be paid equitably.

What’s the greatest piece of advice you have ever received?
One that’s stuck with me is: “You have to act as if it were possible to radically transform the world. And you have to do it all the time.” —Angela Davis. It reminds me that change doesn’t happen in one big moment—it happens in a thousand small, determined actions.
