Whether you need support raising capital, accessing industry-leading mentors, tapping into a new customer base or all of the above, DMZ’s globally-recognized programs give startup founders the resources and connections needed to grow a successful startup.

What steps should I take to start my application?
  1. Create an account here with your email and password.
  2. Complete your DMZ profile and application with information about your business. If you have the information readily available, this process takes 20-30 minutes.
  3. Expect to hear from DMZ within 2 weeks about the status of your application.

Can anyone apply?

We’re looking for Canada’s most-promising and high-impact tech entrepreneurs who have what it takes to scale their business. Applicants should have at least one full-time dedicated founder and tech lead. At minimum, Incubator applicants should have a functioning MVP and proven market traction, while Pre-Incubator applicants should have a marketable MVP and be actively working on validating their business. Can I apply if I’m not from Canada?

Our programs are hybrid and can accommodate founders who work remotely. That being said, you are encouraged to visit our HQ in Toronto to take full advantage of program offerings.

What services and opportunities are provided?

Startup services differ based on program, but our core offerings for founders include access to customers, capital, coaching, community and much, much more. Find details for specific programs via our Programs page here.
