What are your hopes for the next generation of women in tech?
My hope is that all the amazing women founders today become the startup investors of tomorrow and that we provide a thriving pool of capital to fund diverse entrepreneurs in the decades to come.

What’s the greatest piece of advice you’ve ever received?
To lean into my empathetic leadership style. We're so conditioned to believe that the harsh "startup bro" leader is the only persona that can succeed when building a company, but actually, I believe empathy is our secret weapon as fem founders.
