What are your hopes for the next generation of women in tech?
My hope is for when "women in tech" isn't a label in itself, rather just "in tech," unquestioned. I'd love for women to see the industry as a place where they belong, and can lead and innovate in without barriers, where diversity is the norm and every voice can shape the future.

What’s the greatest piece of advice you have ever received?
My previous manager at Microsoft once said something like, "life would be exceptionally boring if you did everything perfectly the first time around." So now when things don't go as planned (as they often do), I remember that it's okay. Imperfection keeps life interesting!
