Who should apply?
Here are some factors we look for in housing accelerator applicants:
Innovative solution • Tackles housing issues or improves industry productivity.
Incorporation • Must be incorporated, located and active in Canada.
Location • The program is mostly virtual. Travel might be required for in person events
Stage of growth • Established a solid traction and ready to scale in Canada.
Commitment • Available 2-3 hours/month to reap program benefits.

LandLogic connected with key decision-makers at the Town of Innisfil through CHI and is in discussions to launch a winter pilot. They raised $1M toward a $2M goal, including $250K from OCI, closed their largest client in August, and now cover zoning data across 35 jurisdictions.
