Newcomer Entrepreneurship Program

A hybrid ideation program to support newcomer entrepreneurs across Ontario

Compete for one of four grants worth $5,000 in funding!

DMZ's Newcomer Entrepreneurship Program is a fully subsidized 10-week bootcamp that helps newcomers to Ontario develop capacity on the business fundamentals of starting a company within Canada.

Newcomers tap into their potential and learn how to develop and market business ideas with the help of their peers, industry mentors and successful entrepreneurs. This is an opportunity for newcomers to gain practical Canadian ecosystem knowledge and experience. Participants will ultimately have the opportunity to put into practice their learnings to develop companies solving the world's biggest problems, all while connecting with a community of like-minded individuals in DMZ's office, in the heart of downtown Toronto.

This program has been subsidized by the generous sponsorship of the Future Skills Centre and a media sponsorship from Canadian Business.
