Armin Ghanavati

As a Programs Coordinator, Armin works closely with the Programs Manager to support founders within the DMZ’s programs while driving execution and operational efficiency across the team. Armin plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination, follow-through, and impact within the DMZ programs team.

With a background in Electrical Engineering, Armin began his career in the engineering field before transitioning to his true passion, the startup world. He spent several years working as a Product Manager at a tech startup in the IT sector, where he honed his skills in product development, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution.

During his master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Toronto Metropolitan University, Armin explored a wide range of innovation projects and startup initiatives, further deepening his understanding of how to turn ideas into scalable ventures. He brings a balance of technical insight, operational discipline, and creative problem-solving to projects, helping founders and teams execute effectively and achieve results
