Cameron Walker

Cameron Walker is an operator and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience scaling technology businesses and leading complex M&A, finance, and operational initiatives across SaaS, fintech, private equity, and professional services.  A CPA by training, Cameron built and led the global M&A practice at Lightspeed Commerce, executing nine acquisitions and helping scale the company from $100M to nearly $1B in ARR.

He later stepped into broader operational leadership, driving cross-functional programs and supporting organizational growth during a period of significant expansion.  In recent years, Cameron has advised Seed to Series A companies as an independent consultant, helping founders with fundraising readiness, financial strategy, M&A preparation, and early go-to-market and operational structure. He is known for his pragmatic approach, analytical rigor, and ability to quickly build trust with founders navigating high-stakes decisions.
