Damira Rakhmetova

As Marketing and Design Coordinator, Damira creates branding and design communications for DMZ initiatives, affiliate spaces and partnerships, developing cohesive visual identities that bring each initiative to life. She ensures communications remain consistent with DMZ’s brand and objectives across multiple channels, while coordinating with the marketing team on a range of campaigns and activities.

Damira began her career at DMZ as a design student in 2019 before moving into advertising agencies as an Art Director, where she led creative CRM campaigns for national and global brands including Toyota, Lexus, Bell and Rogers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Industries from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Outside of work, Damira enjoys long-distance running, cooking elaborate dinners and travelling.
