Delaram Amani

As Program Lead for Women Founders Initiatives at DMZ, Delaram leads the strategy, design and delivery of programming that helps women founders grow their businesses, expand their networks and access the right expertise at the right stage.

She began her career in marketing, spending several years with Lufthansa Group leading customer-facing marketing initiatives in the Dubai region. Her growing interest in entrepreneurship brought her to Canada, where she completed graduate studies in business and entrepreneurship before joining DMZ.

Over the past few years, Delaram has helped strengthen the systems behind DMZ’s founder support model, including advisory and fractional support services. Today, as Program Lead for Women Founders Initiatives, she brings that experience to shaping the founder experience, fostering meaningful connections and expanding access to the resources and opportunities women founders need to grow.
