Eva Al Switi

Eva is leader and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building teams, launching ventures, and driving strategic growth. Known for her decisiveness, charisma, and results-driven mindset, she has successfully led complex programs and business initiatives across the startup and hospitality sectors. She currently works within the startup ecosystem, supporting founders as they build and scale their ventures through mentorship, programming, and strategic guidance. Eva comes from a long line of entrepreneurs, most of her family and extended family are all founders.

Before transitioning into higher education and innovation, Eva co-founded and operated Leave it to us Inc., a pioneering staffing agency in Toronto that grew to more than 1,000 contractors and a full-time team, and created a SaaS software to streamline operations. Her entrepreneurial background gives her a practical, hands-on understanding of what it takes to build and sustain a business.

Outside of work, Eva is passionate about wellness, fitness, and creating meaningful experiences with the people she loves. She enjoys Pilates, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones. She also has a deep love for dogs, especially her golden doodle; Haloumi!
