Luvy Hardy

As the Public Relations Manager, Luvy acts as the primary media contact for the DMZ, promoting the success stories of DMZ founders, and special DMZ initiatives and activities. Luvy also assists the Marketing and Communications team with communications and promotional materials for campaigns.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Luvy has a love for public policy and worked for the federal government in the capital for over three years. Before joining DMZ, Luvy was at a boutique communications agency, specializing in impact and community building. This marked the beginning of her work in Toronto’s innovation ecosystem, which left her inspired to continue her career amplifying powerful entrepreneurial stories.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from a conjoint program offered by the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College.
