Mike has more than 35 years of international business experience. In the early stages of his career, he held executive operational positions such as General Manager and President, where he maintained full profit and loss accountability. In these roles, he was responsible for operations, business development, sales, marketing, product innovation, strategic planning, outsourcing execution, and integration activities.In more recent years, Mike has collaborated with organizations aiming to achieve new business development, operational, and product objectives.

He has played a key role in defining and executing innovative strategies, leveraging international networks and resources, and implementing advanced tools and processes. This includes leading efforts in operational restructuring to help companies adapt and grow.Mike earned his BNC Business degree from Thames Valley University in the United Kingdom. He is actively involved in supporting entrepreneurial and early-stage business ventures, and he currently serves on the boards and advisory boards of start-ups in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Much of Mike’s professional success is attributed to his ability to cultivate and sustain world-class relationships with employees, customers, business partners, and colleagues around the globe. He continually leverages this extensive network for mutual benefit.Mike is currently the CEO and President of Sparkel Beverages, based in Ontario. In this role, he leads the implementation of new product designs, the development of a global go-to-market distribution channel, and the management of investor relations.
