Rahul Biala

Rahul Biala is a second-year JD candidate at Toronto Metropolitan University's Lincoln Alexander School of Law who is passionate about startups and helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into real businesses. His interest in startup law comes from firsthand experience: before law school, he founded and grew an education business and saw how closely legal and business decisions intersect.

‍

Since then, he has worked with founders through a startup legal clinic and supported commercial and corporate matters in-house at Ontario Tech University. Rahul joined the DMZ Startup Legal Support Centre because he enjoys working alongside entrepreneurs, understanding what they are trying to build, and helping them navigate the challenges that come with growing a company.
