Tobi Otojare is a strategy and investment professional with experience spanning venture capital, startup operations, and M&A across multiple sectors and geographies. Over the past eight years, she has worked across both emerging and developed markets, supporting early-stage and growth-stage companies through roles in strategy, business development, partnerships, and cross-border expansion.

Tobi has led initiatives across go-to-market execution, strategic partnerships, and growth planning, including managing complex stakeholder relationships in institutional, enterprise, and ecosystem environments. Her experience also includes working within impact-focused venture capital, where she supported investment evaluation and portfolio strategy across diverse industries and markets.Tobi is passionate about helping founders move from early validation to scalable execution by identifying and addressing key growth bottlenecks. At DMZ, she is excited to support Black founders building high-impact, scalable ventures and to contribute to structured, outcome-driven startup programs.
