Toby is the co-founder and CEO of Chezie, a B2B SaaS platform that helps enterprise companies manage their Employee Resource Groups. He's also the creator of Equity Shift, where he coaches pre-seed and seed-stage founders through raising their first institutional round. He raised over $780K for Chezie's pre-seed, pitched 100+ VCs along the way, and built his entire fundraising process from scratch (no warm intros to start, no VC friends on speed dial). After closing, he started writing on LinkedIn about what actually worked and what didn't.

That turned into a coaching practice, a fundraising framework called CREAM, and work with accelerator programs including ECP and Ignite. He's a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. What he's most focused on is helping first-time founders skip the guesswork. Most founders raising their first round have no idea how to actually run the process. They think fundraising is about having a great deck. It's not. It's about building a system (investor CRM, warm intro mapping, outreach sequencing, objection prep) and then executing it. That's what he teaches, and that's what he builds with every founder he works with.
