Arielle Lok is the Co-Founder of Peko Produce, Vancouver’s first grocery delivery company dedicated to fighting food waste and promoting access to healthy, affordable food. Her favorite vegetables are zucchinis. Arielle also invests at Shopify’s product acceleration team and is finishing up her 3rd year of university at McGill.
