About Delaram Amani
As the Programs Execution Lead, Delaram ensures the smooth execution of the Pre-Incubator and Incubator programs and oversees the programs administrative and logistical components. Along with the DMZ team, Delaram aims to foster an environment where startups can flourish and achieve their highest potential.
Before moving to Canada, Delaram was deeply engaged in the vibrant world of marketing as she dedicated many years to the field. One of the peaks in her professional journey was working with the marketing team at Lufthansa Group, an aviation company with worldwide operations. She developed local yearly B2C marketing plans and managed integrated marketing campaigns in the Dubai Region.
A pull toward entrepreneurship increased for Delaram, and her focus on entrepreneurship led her to move to Canada. She’s surrounded by a community alive with innovation and gets a thrill from guiding and supporting international entrepreneurs. By building on her previous experience and insights from her Master’s degree, she’s dedicated to nurturing and amplifying fresh ideas.
Delaram earned a Master’s in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology at the University of Waterloo.
