About Karen Hogg

Karen is a senior executive who has spent more than 20 years partnering with customers to help them achieve their strategic business objectives. Her unique perspective incorporates her experience across the entire customer journey – sales, implementation, support, customer success and operations.

Karen has led seven customer-facing teams, and coached dozens more. Currently she guides startups and scaleups on creating a customer success strategy and implementing scalable processes that deliver customer value and advocacy, and drive revenue growth through expansion. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Psychology and Microbiology from the University of Toronto. She is an avid cyclist, hiker and cook, and lives in Toronto with her husband and two daughters.
