About Liane Coulahan
Liane is responsible for shaping DMZ’s brand image to inspire founders to apply to our programs, while also spearheading efforts to take our brand global as we expand into new markets. She guides her team in crafting compelling messaging, marketing campaigns, and communication strategies that resonate with entrepreneurs, partners and stakeholders worldwide.
She is a two-time founder with a passion for delving into the psychology that is required to connect with an audience on a personal level. In 2013, she started a marketing and production agency in the heart of Toronto and eight years later, niched down to support tech startups with their marketing and communication efforts (specifically as a consultant and mentor for DMZ tech founders). Today, Liane has the pleasure of working with the kindest and hard-working peeps on DMZ’s marketing *dream* team.
Liane graduated from the University of Ottawa with a bachelor’s in Communications and later graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Master’s in Professional Communications.Get to know Liane Coulahan
