About Myles Costales

Myles is the first person people see when they enter the space. She makes sure to provide a great first impression and a warm welcome. Myles also supports the operations team by ensuring that administrative tasks are completed and handled efficiently.

Originally from the Philippines, Myles moved to Toronto in 2016. Prior to coming to Toronto, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Baguio in the Philippines.

Myles started her career as an Omni King Edward Hotel front desk agent. From there, she was promoted to Guest Services Manager. Most recently, Myles spent the last six months as a Sales and Events Coordinator at the One King West Hotel, where she supported event managers and specialists in executing meetings and weddings.

Myles is passionate about helping people in need and loves being the go-to person. During her free time, she loves to cook and try out new recipes.
