About Paul Gray
Paul Gray has worked in the technology sector for over 15 years, which includes overseeing marketing, product development, business strategy, customer success and partnerships at numerous startups around the world. His career started in sales support and product roles at large multinationals, including four years with the Walt Disney Company, but more recently includes co-founding a Sydney-based startup called Bubble Gum Interactive. The award-winning entertainment and development studio creates online and mobile games for kids and families that are used by consumers in over 30 countries.
He’s also played key roles in helping successful Canadian startups grow and scale, such as Kik Interactive, where he acted as business and partnerships lead for the launch of its bot platform, and Maluuba, where he led marketing before it was acquired by Microsoft. His international experience includes working in the United Kingdom, Australia, Hungary, United States and Canada. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (one of the world’s top 100 rated business schools) and a bachelor degree in marketing from the University of Wollongong.
