What are your hopes for the next generation of women in tech?
I hope to see the next generation continue to build on women's intrinsic strengths in business: empathy and competence. I want to see more women step forward as innovators, inventors, and leaders.

Don’t be afraid to take risks and step outside your comfort zone. Great things happen to those who are up for the challenge.
