Suzanne Knight

Suzanne leads Transformation Services at Walmart Canada, driving new ways of thinking and working, technology adoption through change management, and automation and process reengineering to improve efficiency and customer and employee experience. Her Digital and Efficiency Transformation team uses technology to shift manual, rote tasks and those with a significant risk of errors to machines, enabling Walmart’s corporate employees to focus on higher value, more interesting and meaningful work.

What are your hopes for the next generation of women in tech?
I hope to see more intersectional representation of women in tech, at all levels, valued for their trailblazing leadership and influence. I hope they recognize themselves as role models, valuing their own contributions and acting as sponsors and mentors for the next generation.

What’s the greatest piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Ambition is admirable. Figure out what you want and pursue it.
