What are your hopes for the next generation of women in tech?
My hope is for companies to recognize and support Canada’s talent pipeline, so women are paid and represented equally in all job levels in the industry. I hope the tech community finds ways to better champion women’s ambitions, and to allow every innovator to shine, regardless of gender.

What’s the greatest piece of advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I was ever given is that when you’re in a tough situation and not sure what to do, do something that will make you proud later, even if it takes a whole lot of bravery now.
