Mo is currently the co-founder and CTO of Shepherd, an insurtech dedicated to improving construction insurance and ensuring the construction space is safe and sustainable. Shepherd recognizes contractors for their investments and has raised $8.5M in seed financing.

Prior to Shepherd, Mo was an engineer and team lead at Airbnb for the last four years. He was the first engineer on the Airbnb Luxe team post-acquisition and helped create Airbnb Omni – an internal marketing platform which powers all of Airbnb’s external marketing campaigns, including more than 2 billion emails per year.
