As the global startup landscape continues to accelerate, one thing remains unchanged: extraordinary companies don’t appear by accident.

They’re built – deliberately, rigorously, and with the right ecosystem behind them.

We’re excited to welcome our Fall 2025 Pre-Incubator and Incubator cohorts to DMZ. These remarkable founders are building with purpose, tackling real-world problems and designing solutions with the potential to scale globally.

Selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants, these startups represent the next generation of builders shaping how we live, work, learn and transact.

DMZ’s programs meet founders exactly where they are in their journey – and push them further.

Pre-Incubator startups spend nine months validating demand, refining their MVP and securing their first customers. It’s all about ramping up traction and proving that the problem they’re solving truly matters.

Incubator companies, on the other hand, enter an 18-month program to build scalable and repeatable sales processes. With fractional legal support, hands-on guidance from seasoned EiRs, and investor readiness built into the experience, founders strengthen their sales engines, grow their revenues and prepare to raise capital with confidence.

Together, these programs fuel a pipeline of high-potential startups – from early traction to global scale.

Some highlights of these cohorts:

  • Women-led momentum: 44% of the cohort includes startups led by women.
  • Championing Black founders: 33% of the cohort includes Black-founded startups.
  • Canada-grown talent: Most startups are based in Canada, with founders rooted across Ontario, Alberta, and Quebec.
  • Annual revenue: The new Incubator startups are collectively generating over $2M in annualized revenue, already showing strong momentum.
